Warm Weather Staple: White Shorts

Alright, can we just take a moment for these shorts?! I had shared this entire look in a recent Amazon Haul. I wanted pull it out on its own to shine the spotlight on these shorts for a minute. They are a little pricier than the plethora of affordable fashion finds floating out there on Amazon. In my experience, they are WELL worth it! 

The shorts themselves have a thin lining on the inside, and you know what that means? They are NOT see though! You can wear them in full confidence knowing that no one will be seeing the little tattoo on your butt cheek that you got on spring break in Florida many, many moons ago. 😅 Although, I would still recommend wearing flesh colored panties with them. It’s just good practice with lighter colored garments. If you are in search of a good pair of neutral colored panties, these are the best pair that I’ve ever found.

The best part about a pair of shorts like this is that they are incredibly versatile. You can wear them casually with a baseball cap and a pair of sneakers. Or dress them up with a cute blouse and a pair of heels for a fancier occasion. Their versatility would make them a great piece to pack for vacation. They transition from day to night so easily!

As far as sizing goes, I would say to go with your normal size in the shorts. I am typically a size 27 in pants and shorts, but sillily ordered these in a size 26. I was still able to get them on, but they fit a little snug. My typical size 27 would have been perfect.
